Position Summary/Job Duties:
Part-Time Leasing Agent. Saturday hours 10:00am to 4:00pm. $ 22/hr + $ 100 rental bonus each rental. Need car and be a responsible person. Quaklity 150-unit property with studio, one and two bedrooms. Great westside location. Need to hire soon. Not a seasonal position.
Qualifications:
Have a car, dress business casual, be responsible and dependable. We'll train, but any marketing experience is preferred.
Physical Demands
ability to take prospects on showings, within our 150 units and five buildings.
