Wild Cardz (Duo, Trio or Full Band) and Girl Crush - Acoustic Duo or Trio.

Performances - Evenings and weekends (some flexibility)

Rehearsals - Daytime preferred but again, flexible

Join a Booked Acoustic Duo – “Girl Crush” – Summer 2025
Looking for a strong female vocalist who also plays guitar to step into an established two-woman acoustic act. The group is already booked, branded, and promoted as a female duo, so we’re looking specifically for a woman to maintain consistency with venue expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants stage experience, a flexible summer schedule, and the chance to grow as a performer.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn ~3.5 hours of well-known acoustic cover songs (playlist provided)

• Rehearse regularly leading up to performances (will depend on your current song base, etc.)

• Perform live as part of a two-woman act or possibly an occasional trio

• Setup/takedown (sound experience is a bonus, not required)

What’s Provided:

• Fully booked summer schedule with potential to continue beyond (you choose which dates work for you)

• Established fanbase and social media presence

• All promotion and booking handled

• Paid per show (rates vary by venue; details provided upon inquiry)

• Sound equipment can be provided if needed

  If you have your own gear or sound knowledge, that’s a huge plus!

Requirements:

• Strong vocals and ability to sing harmony *vocals are our top priority*

• Proficient acoustic guitar player (we have our set list geared for a basic player, nothing advanced)

• Willingness to rehearse and commit time upfront

• Positive attitude and professionalism

• Transportation likely required (shows are within 1 hour of Madison), but carpooling is possible

Timeframe:
Commitment is for summer 2025—perfect for students home for the summer or looking to build performance experience during break. Ongoing involvement after summer is possible but not required.

Great for:
Music majors, singer-songwriters, or anyone serious about building live performance experience and local following in a supportive and exciting setting.
