Department Overview:
Revival Infusion Madison is the first dedicated ketamine infusion clinic in the Madison area. We specialize in treating patients with a variety of mood related disorders, including treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, postpartum depression, and substance use disorders. We also treat patients with chronic pain conditions, including CRPS, various neuropathies, and fibromyalgia.

Schedule:
This position is for one day per week (Monday OR Tuesday, whichever works best for the student's schedule) from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. These hours can be slightly flexible; please inquire for details.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Revival Infusion is seeking a Clinic Assistant to help with various tasks, both patient-facing and administrative.
Duties may include, but are not limited, to: rooming patients, scheduling appointments, clerical duties, processing payments, and light housekeeping.
Due to the vulnerability of our patient population and the nature of our care, a caring and compassionate personality is a must!
Qualifications:
Transportation required
CPR certification strongly prefered
