Must be available to work 2-3 hours prior to a Badger home football game.

Our Street Team Members will work at off-site events on Badger home football game days for approximately 2-3 hours before the start of the game. This fun position will engage and interact with alumni, fans and students through interactive games and exciting giveaways, while also selling badger merchandise.

Essential Functions:

1. Assist the University Book Store Marketing Staff with the set-up and break down at events as needed.
2. Provide excellent customer services by engaging with customers, answering questions and offering suggestions.
3. Operates the cash register to accurately record purchases, completing transactions according to company procedures.
4. Responsible for ongoing appearance of the event merchandise stands; including stocking and straightening merchandise, and cleaning.
5. Engaging with customers through interactive games, giveaways and promotions.
6. Adheres to all company work and safety rules. 
7. Performs all additional duties as assigned. 

• Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be motivated, positive, with an enthusiasm for selling.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in large crowds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Available to work Badger Home Football Games.
