Student Jobs

Friday afternoons 4:30-8:00pm, occasionally later, 2-3 times a month. 

We are looking for an enthuisiastic and joyful semi-regular baby sitter for our two little ones on Friday afternoons, and possible other weekday evenings as needed. Felix is a super fun 5 - year old who loves cars, legos, and playing outside. He is super interested in animals and bugs and wants to be a scientist when he grows up.  Martha (Marty) is an engergetic 3. She loves to play in her pretend kitchen and take care of her stuffies playing veternarian. We also have a very low key and lovable dog in our home. 

Mom is the library and commons director for CDIS in Morgridge Hall, and regularly works evenings to accomodate the work of the student Commons. So we are looking for someone who would be able to pick Felix & Marty up from kindergarten and daycare on Fridays around 4:30 in fitchburg, take them home for playtime and feeding them an easy dinner. Mom and Dad are usually home before 8:00pm for bed time, but also take occasional later nights out for date nights. Bedtime is a very low key affair at our house with both kids going down easily with routines. This would not be every week, but 2-3 times a month, working with your schedule.

We have had the same sitter for 2 years, but she has graduated, and we are looking for a new adult role model for our kiddos. Our current sitter would be able to supply a reference for our family. 

A valid driver's license is required, but since mom is on campus her car would be available with carseats for our sitter to use for pickups from campus on Friday afternoons. We current pay $17 dollars an hour depending on experience. Please include relvant experience in your interest application. We will call your references. All vaccinations for COVID 19 are required.
