Position Summary/Job Duties:

Title: ✨ Part-time Nanny & Homeschool Tutor – Madison, WI (Hilldale/Old Sauk Area)

About Us:

We’re a small, fun, laid-back family in Madison seeking a caring, creative, and reliable part-time nanny/homeschooling tutor for our two children (ages 7 and 3). We value kindness, curiosity, and hands-on learning.

The Role:

  • Location: Hilldale/Old Sauk area – Madison, WI (on busline)

  • Schedule: 3–5 days/week, ~4–5 hours/day (flexible start/end times)

  • Start Date: Ideally by August 26, but start is flexible, before or after Labor Day

  • Pay: $25–$40/hr based on experience & responsibilities

  • Benefits: To be discussed during interview (depending on what is important to you)

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, age-appropriate learning and play activities (structured and fun!)

  • Support early education goals and curiosity-driven learning

  • Provide attentive, loving care while encouraging independence

  • Assist with meal/snack prep as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in education, early childhood development, or tutoring strongly preferred

  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of different ages

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with a flexible schedule

  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
