Schedule:

  • Set weekly shifts:

    • Monday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    • Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    • Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Additional hours available on Saturdays and Sundays (flexible based on availability)

  • Flexibility: Hours can be adjusted if discussed between caregiver and client

  • Location: Client lives outside the Madison area, closer to Verona / Mount Horeb

Salary/Wage Range:

 Hourly $15.00 to $18.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Compassion Caregivers, LLC is seeking a caring and dependable part-time caregiver to assist in providing support for a 13-year-old girl. This position is ideal for students in Nursing, Medical, or PT/OT programs looking for hands-on experience. No prior experience is needed – training will be provided.
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assisting with G-tube feeding (training provided)

  • Providing gait training and safe transfers

  • Assisting with toileting and incontinent care

  • Helping with laundry and light housekeeping in essential areas

  • Offering companionship and encouragement in daily activities

  • Following care plan and communicating with family/caregivers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Caring, patient, and dependable

  • Interest in healthcare, nursing, or caregiving

  • Reliable transportation to and from client’s home

  • Must have a cell phone for communication and Sandata (EVV) purposes

  • Nursing, Medical, or PT/OT students encouraged to apply

  • No experience necessary – all training provided

Physical Demands

 -Ability to assist with mobility, including supporting or transferring client as needed -Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods -Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
