Department Overview:

Sardine, a busy lakeside bistro overlooking Lake Monona in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking dedicated Server Assistants to become integral members of our team. Under the direction of owners/chefs John Gadau and Phillip Hurley - co-founders of Sardine, Gates & Brovi, and Marigold Kitchen - we invite you to be a part of our service team.

Schedule:

Requirement: All Server Assistants are required to work a two shift minimum and must work a weekend shift.

Salary/Wage Range:

 Hourly $15.00 to $25.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Sardine, a lakeside bistro located in downtown Madison is hiring Server Assistants. Prior restaurant experience required. 

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Some prior restaurant experience.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a drive to excel.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends, providing our guests with consistent and welcoming service.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Physical Demands

 Be able to lift 25lbs and be on your feet.
