Position Summary/Job Duties:

This job posting is for a part-time House Manager to help a busy family with two working parents and toddlers maintain an organized and efficient home.

The role requires 4-6 hours of work per week and involves tasks such as household organization and light cleaning, laundry, toy organization, meal prep assistance, pantry/refrigerator organization, grocery shopping, stocking household goods, running errands, and coordinating service providers.

The position also requires weekly check-ins and task prioritization with the homeowners.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a house manager, nanny, or housekeeper, strong organizational and communication skills, reliability, and trustworthiness. Experience with young children is a plus. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate, and immediate availability is preferred.

Transportation is not provided, and the applicant must have their own vehicle.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a house manager, nanny, housekeeper, or similar role preferred.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with parents and other household staff or service providers.

Childcare Experience: Previous experience working with young children (toddlers) is a plus but not required.

Reliable and Trustworthy: Must have a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness. Background checks may be required.
