Work when it snows. Will work around school, family and full time job schedules. 

Snow Fighters are responsible for supporting the Snow and Ice Management at high priority locations in Downtown Madison. High attention to detail and ability to withstand all weather conditions. Strong stamina and able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. Work well as a team and independely. Snow Fighters will respond directly to Downtown Madison for each snow shift. School is priority and MCL will work around your school schedule. 

We are currently hiring for the following positions: 
**SNOW FIGHTERS 
**SALT TRUCK DRIVERS 
**EQUIPMENT OPERATORS 
 
Snow Fighters – Responsible for snow blowing, shoveling, and salting high priority locations in Downtown Madison. High attention to detail and ability to withstand all weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work well as a team. Snow Fighters will respond directly to Downtown Madison each shift. Schedules can be flexible for students and part-time employees. School is a priority and MCL will work around school schedules. 

Salt Truck Drivers – Looking for reliable, trustworthy, experienced, Salt Truck Drivers to join our team!  Salt Truck Drivers are available to respond to work requests 24-hours a day 7 days a week and are able to work for extended periods of time. Part-time drivers are still encouraged to apply for fill-in driving positions. 
 
Equipment Operators – We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team and ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations during the winter months. The ideal candidate will have experience operating snow plow equipment, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in challenging weather conditions. 
 
*All work in downtown Madison 
*$25-40/hour – based on position/experience 
*Please keep in mind this job is snow dependent – we work when it snows 
*Weekly Pay Direct Deposit
