Z Boutique is Madison’s destination for plus-size fashion, specializing in sizes 14–24 and 1X–3X. For 11 years, we’ve built a reputation for offering high-quality, stylish clothing and accessories in a welcoming, body-positive environment. As a family-owned small business, we value kindness, inclusivity, and community—treating every customer like a friend and celebrating style at every size.

• 1–2 shifts per week (5–10 hours/week to start)

• Weekdays or Saturdays (We are open Tues-Sat)

Join the team at Z Boutique, a locally-owned plus-size fashion boutique just west of UW–Madison’s campus (and right on the bus line)! We’re looking for a student to help with day-to-day tasks like assisting customers, tagging and steaming new arrivals, organizing merchandise, packing/shipping online orders, and helping with fun live shopping events. No retail experience required—we’ll train you! You’ll gain hands-on experience in retail and small business, enjoy flexible scheduling around classes, and receive a generous employee discount (your closet will thank you).

• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn

• Interest in fashion, retail, or small business a plus (but not required)

• Excited about plus-size clothing

• Comfortable working with people of all sizes and backgrounds

• Weekend availability is a bonus
