We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Swim Instructors to inspire and guide children on their aquatic journey. We want people who have swim/teaching experience OR simply enjoy working with children and want to learn. Care about safety and building kids’ confidence, and want to make a positive impact in a fun and active environmen.

No prior teaching or swim experience is required. We provide support with CPR/First Aid and lifeguard certification. What matters most is your energy, patience, and passion for helping kids succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instructing Swim Lessons: Lead engaging and effective swim lessons for beginners through advanced swimmers.
2. Promoting Water Safety: Foster a culture of water safety by incorporating essential life-saving skills into lessons.
3. Building Relationships: Establish strong rapport with students and parents, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
4. Adapting Instruction: Tailor lessons to accommodate various skill levels, ensuring each swimmer reaches their full potential.
5. Maintaining a Positive Environment: Inspire a love for swimming by creating a fun, positive, and inclusive atmosphere.

 CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certification preferred, but will train
