About BIG C&S
BIG C&S is an assisted living program created to provide safe, structured, and compassionate care for Brian, a young individual with an intellectual disability and autistic behaviors. Unlike traditional group facilities, BIG C&S is uniquely designed around Brian’s specific needs, offering him both stability and opportunities for growth in a comfortable home environment.
Our mission is to ensure Brian’s safety, dignity, and well-being while helping him build confidence, manage anxiety, and participate in meaningful daily activities. We work with a dedicated team of caregivers, de-escalation staff, and live-in nannies who are trained to support Brian with patience, consistency, and respect.
Through careful coordination of routines, individualized activities, and ongoing staff training, BIG C&S provides a nurturing environment where Brian can thrive. At the same time, we prioritize open communication and collaboration with his family to ensure his care aligns with their vision and long-term goals.
