Student Jobs

We are a cozy little family who live in West Madison, near the Pick &Save on Maple Grove road. Childcare will take place in our home so please plan for a commute. 

I must have 10 hours a week during my available hours (see available hours below) online at work - which is where we need your help. When those hours happen within that framework is totally up to you! Mornings or afternoons or whole days - we are flexible.

Available Schedule Hours

-Monday 8AM-5PM

-Tuesday 10AM-2PM

-Wednesday 10AM-5PM

-Thursday 10AM-1PM

-Friday 8AM-5PM

I  work from home part time and need someone to watch my 19 month old daughter, Claire, for at least 10 hours a week. We are open to additoinal hours if needed. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Play with Claire and keep her safe during the day. She loves puzzles and imagination play right now. 
• Play outside or walk to the park with her and play - weather dependant. 
• Change diapers and perform basic toddler care. 
• Feed Claire food I have laid out and clean up afterwards.
• Clean and tidy toddler toys and messes as they occur. 
• Occasional dishes and laundry - I don't expect a lot of house work, but helping out occasionally would be appreciated!

Information:

• Claire is a happy, healthy toddler who is on the go! She is running everywhere. 
• When she is napping, you are welcome to hang out, do homework, watch TV, whatever! 
• I am around, so if anything happens and you need help I am here. 
• With advance notice, we can flex your hours around holidays, finals week, etc. to give you time off when needed. 
• We have a large, sweet, mellow dog who will be around while you are here. 
• I am an extrovert and love to chat. Our home is a friendly, peaceful environment with lots of music - usually T-swift or kids music. 

• We are looking for someone friendly, kind, caring, and trustworthy.
• Must be comfortable lifting and carrying 30lbs. 
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Must be reliable. 
• Must be willing to learn child CPR and basic first aid (choking response).
