Since our inception in 2014, Thrive Dane LLC has endeavored to be leaders in the Supported Living community by promoting an active, healthy, inclusive, and independent lifestyle for every person that we work with. Thrive currently supports 8 people who utilize IRIS and 1 person who private pays for our services, and all are in the Madison, WI area. 

We support adults with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes. Our staff assist with meal prep, cooking, med administration, daily household chores,transportation to medical appointments, shopping and various community events and clubs that most of our people participate in. 

Various weeknights from 3:30-8:00 pm. Weekend shifts are 7am-2pm, 2pm -9pm and we have a 2pm-7pm shift as well. All employees are required to work at least 1 weekend shift every other weekend.

We are currently hiring for PART-TIME Direct Care Workers for evenings and weekends to join our team! We currently support 3 different people who live close to campus (Hilldale mall area) and are looking for people to assist them with their daily schedules! All three individuals maintain a pretty busy (social!) schedule and staff responsibilities include meal prep, helping them at the gym, assisting with maintaining their apartments, and most importantly getting out into the community. All 3 have various interests that include shopping, grabbing coffee, concerts, movies, restaurants...etc.

Applicants must pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation to work
