Department Overview: | Reliable Residence is a physician-led housing platform designed to support healthcare professionals—travel nurses, residents, medical students, and short-term clinical staff—by connecting them to safe, furnished monthly rentals near hospitals. We partner with communities and health systems across Wisconsin to reduce onboarding delays and improve healthcare staffing stability.
We are expanding statewide and seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Liaison to help us build awareness and strengthen local relationships.

Schedule: | This role is flexible, and you can set your own hours, but because you’ll be contacting hospitals and community organizations, most outreach must happen during standard business hours (approximately 8am–4pm, Mon–Fri).
Roughly 75% of the work—emails, calls, follow-ups, relationship-building—will be done during business hours.
The remaining 25% of tasks (logging outreach, drafting messages, research, updating contact lists, etc.) can be completed during evenings or weekends if preferred.
