About Bespoke Talent
Bespoke Talent is a recruiting firm that specializes in Pre-IPO go-to-market (GTM) talent. We work with fast-growing startups and high-performing commercial leaders across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to support our CEO with day-to-day administrative and coordination work. This is an in-person role based in University Heights (Madison) and is ideal for a student who wants hands-on exposure to how a small, high-performance business operates.
Schedule & Pay
Hours: ~3–4 days/week, 3–5 hours/day (roughly 10–20 hrs/week)
Flexibility: Hours can be flexible week-to-week, but must be pre-planned and consistent
Location: In-person in University Heights (Madison)
Pay: $20/hour
What You’ll Do
You’ll help the CEO stay organized, respond quickly, and keep important workflows moving. Responsibilities may include:
Email support: triage, drafting responses, follow-ups (including communicating professionally as the CEO when trained to do so)
Calendar management: scheduling, reminders, coordination
Mail + paperwork: managing mail, scanning/organizing documents
Bills + admin tasks: organizing and helping with bill tracking/payment workflows
Proofreading: light editing and proofreading of written materials
Organization projects: digital and/or physical organization (systems, lists, files)
Ad-hoc tasks: general assistance as needs arise

Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams without dropping details
A quick learner who can pick up new tools and routines fast
Proactive: you notice what needs doing and take initiative
Strong communicator (clear, professional, and thoughtful in writing)
