Department Overview:

Reliable Residence is a physician-founded housing platform that connects visiting healthcare professionals (medical students, residents, travel nurses, locums, allied health) with safe, furnished monthly housing near hospitals. We work closely with hospitals and healthcare systems to reduce housing barriers that directly impact staffing, retention, and patient care.

We are a growing startup based in Wisconsin and are expanding into additional hospital markets.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are looking for a part-time, detail-oriented college student to help us research hospital systems and identify the correct internal contacts who manage housing resources for visiting healthcare professionals.

This is not a sales role. You will not be pitching, negotiating, or closing deals. Your work will directly support the founder by ensuring outreach is targeted, accurate, and efficient.

This role is ideal for students interested in healthcare administration, business, or operations. This role is best suited for someone outgoing, proficient in excel, and comfortable making initial phone calls (not sales related).

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled college student (preferred but not required)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable making short professional phone calls

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel

  • Interest in healthcare, startups, or operations is a plus
