Position Summary/Job Duties: | DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is hiring an energetic, friendly, reliable, and CAREing full-time Bartender to join our award-winning team at our restaurant Bistro525.

Apply today to join the award-winning team at Bistro525 as a Bartender. We’re seeking someone who can commit to a regular, full-time evening schedule, Sunday through Thursday. Typical shifts run from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their presentations.
- Develop a strong understanding of our food menus, alcohol offerings, and Starbucks® beverages to confidently make recommendations and drive suggestive sales.
- Work collaboratively with staff and management to create positive, memorable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking to hire bartenders with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Along with experience, well qualified candidates will be friendly and outgoing while striving to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience while dining with us.
