Schedule:
Academic Year: 10-20 hours per week.
Summer: 30-40 hours per week.
Scheduled hours between 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position has the vital responsibility of performing data entry of sensitive information including new hire information and sensitive employment documents into the campus databases [Student Employment Application (SEA) and Workday]. This position also provides excellent customer service through front office coverage, answering and redirecting phone calls, and office traffic. This position will work in a fast paced, high volume environment helping with routine office tasks and projects as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service through front office coverage, answering and directing incoming calls and any in-person queries
Provides support to employees completing employment paperwork.
Accurately enter and audit data for current and future employees in a variety of programs and databases.
Run reports and track various processes.
Create and send a variety of Human Resources correspondence.
Assist with the filing, retention, and purging of Human Resources related records, including scanning and archiving confidential paperwork.
Other administrative support functions and projects as needed.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including quick, accurate data entry skills on a standard keyboard and 10-key pad.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different Human Resources policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a confidential criminal background check is required.
Preference will be given to applicants with prior office and/ customer service experience.
Data entry experience is a bonus.
