Position Summary/Job Duties: | We are seeking a summer nanny for childcare of our two boys ages 9 and 11. Applicant must have their own reliable vehicle for transportation to our home daily (located in Verona), as well as taking our boys to their daily activities. Daily activities would include morning swimming lessons at the local pool that we belong to, meal prep (generally not breakfast but definately lunches), and almost daily heading back to the swimming pool in the afternoon amung other activities. We will pay admission for "special" activities to supplement the summer such as bowling, splash pads, movies, museums, lunches etc.
A good fit for us would be someone who is physically fit themselves as our boys are exceptionally active and would want the nanny to participate in activities such as, playing wiffle ball baseball, swimming, riding scooters and bike riding to name a few activities. I work full time from home, and my wife works at the UW Vet school, so we need someone who is exceptionally responsible, dependable, shows up on time, and ready for full day of active young boys.
Of note is that we have a large, very friendly, yellow lab. So, applicants must be comfortable with dogs.
This will be our 5th summer of having a nanny and every nanny we've had to date have had an amazing summer.
