The dogs are up at 4 am! You can let them outside and go back to bed. They eat at 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. Last call and bedtime is 8 pm. They are very in tune to their schedule.

Looking for a responsible college student who wants a temporary escape to the countryside while getting paid to supervise a group of lovable chaos agents.

The job:
House + pet sitting just outside Cross Plains on a few acres of land. Your main responsibility is making sure the animals stay alive, fed, and reasonably behaved.

The roommates you’ll be supervising:

• 4 resident dogs

• 1 foster dog (you may fall in love and want to adopt her)

• 1 cat (spends her days dodging canines)

• 20 chickens (Complimentary breakfast with your stay)

The dogs are large working breeds (German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois). They look intimidating but are actually professional snugglers and kiss dispensers. That said, you must be confident handling large dogs who enjoy wrestling in their large fenced yard like they’re in a WWE match and teeth injuries do sometimes happen.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone responsible and comfortable with big dogs

• The dogs can go up to 8 hours without a potty break, but we’d prefer someone who plans to hang around most of the time

Must be comfortable with large dogs and in a country setting!

Must not leave the dogs home alone for longer than 8 hours per day. 

We are able to rent you a vehicle during this time frame if you have a valid driver's license.
