Our swim Instructors teach swimmers of various ages and skill levels how to swim safely and improve their technique. We create a positive and supportive learning environment while emphasizing water safety, skill development, and confidence in the water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead swim lessons for small groups of swimmers

• Teach water safety, basic swimming skills, and stroke development

• Provide feedback and encouragement to help swimmers improve

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to pool rules

• Adapt lessons to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer

• Maintain a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment

Hours can very depending on schedule. Our operational hours are as follows:

• Sunday 1pm to 6pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm to 7:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am to 11:30am

Swim Instructor Qualifications:

• Positive energy
• Wanting to inspire young minds
• Team player
• Wanting to make a difference 
• Previous swim experience preferred, but not required
• CPR/Lifeguard certification preferred, but not required upon applying. We can certify through Dolphin Swim Academy.
