Days: 3-4 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday +/-Friday)

Hours: ~24-32 hrs/week (flexible)

Our current nanny is retiring, and we’re looking for an active, reliable nanny to care for our 1-year-old son until he starts daycare in the fall! He just started walking and loves climbing and exploring, so we need someone who can keep him safe and engaged. We live in a house near Wingra Park with two friendly cats. One parent works from home in a dedicated office. 

Details:

• Where: Madison, WI (near Wingra Park) 
• Days: 3-4 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday +/-Friday)
• Hours: ~24-32 hrs/week (flexible)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Through late August 2026

What we’re looking for:

• Active and energetic (keep up with a walking toddler)
• Loves engaging, screen-free play and lots of reading 
• No phone use around the child
• Timely and reliable
• Comfortable with simple, whole-food snacks/meals (avoiding processed foods)
• Prior toddler experience 
• CPR certification (or willing to get it) 
• Strong references 
• Up-to-date on vaccines (like Tdap, flu, and Covid) 
• Has their own transportation

Pay is $23–25/hr (based on experience). Position includes guaranteed pay (e.g., if parents finish work early or takes vacation).
