Schedule:
Flexible hours based on your schedule.
Ability to work any number of hours between 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Availability of 30 hours a week preferred during the 2026 Summer months
Availability of 10 - 20 hours a week required during 2026-2027 Fall and Spring semesters
Priority will be given to students who have availability for Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026-2027.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Recruitment team within the Office of Human Resources. The role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and executive search processes, with exposure to high-level recruitment strategy, candidate coordination, and confidential HR operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and organize recruitment and candidate files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with auditing search files and required documentation for compliance
Support scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews and meetings.
Create, update, and manage recruitment-related forms and materials
Enter and maintain data in HR and applicant tracking systems
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Executive Recruitment team.
Assist with correspondence and communication with candidates and stakeholders
Support special projects and other business office duties assigned
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information
Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment
Dependable and reliable
Good communication skills
Ability to work within a team and independently
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A good candidate for the Student Office Assistant position must have the following skills and abilities:
Effective communications skills.
Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to apply judgement and analysis to work performed
Attention detail
Ability to work with a team and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Must be an enrolled technical, undergraduate, or graduate student
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior office and/or data entry experience
