Position Summary/Job Duties:

I am a busy professor and part time solo parent.  I am offering a position in nearby Shorewood Hills (just west of campus) at my architecturally unique home. Hours per week could range from 6-18, depending on both your schedule and the work available, starting roughly in mid-May.. I would appreciate help with multiple jobs:

1. Outdoor work - I'd like help with (A) firewood moving and splitting (with an electric log splitter); and (B) weeding and other work to support my native woodland restoration efforts. This would all be with plenty of specific training from me (great learning experiences depending on your interests).

2. House cleaning - I'm looking for help with all typical cleaning tasks - kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, etc.

3. Babysitting - I have a 7 year old son who is pretty easy to take care of.  He's usually with me Saturday afternoon through Tuesday morning each week.  I don't always need help with his care, and his schedule will shift through time as his school year ends and a summer camp starts and ends. But from time to time, if your schedule allows, it might be helpful to have your help with his care.

4.  Pet-/housesitting - I have 2 friendly cats.  When I'm out of town, if you're available, there could be options to either stop by during the day, or stay at the house for a while (it's a really cool place).

Physical Demands

Outdoor work - moderate strength and endurance (has been performed by multiple female and male students in the past).
