I’m looking for a couple hours to as many as four hours per session; three to five sessions per week.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

I am seeking Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Adaptive Fitness and Personal Training students to assist and offer ideas for me to accomplish physical exercise.
I am looking for help exercising in my home. I am weak in my core and my leg strength is severely diminished. I live in my home with my disease, multiple sclerosis a personal care giver and an old dog. In home mobility equipment is present and used.
Weekend days; midday, mid afternoons, also Monday through Friday; midday one to several hours are time slots available.
I am male and 64 years old. I believe my physical diminishment accelerated with my use of a three wheeled mobility scooter. I got lazy. I’m feeling this condition can change.
I am seeking help with motivation and physical assistance for exercise.
Help me exercise.
 

Qualifications:

Adapted fitness, Kinesiology, Personal Training are starting point for this position of Exercise Mentor. The mentor's interest in my success is beneficial.
