Landscape Technician / Crew Member

Overview

Looking for a great outdoor summer job with hands-on experience, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to learn new skills?

We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our landscaping team. No previous landscaping experience is required — we provide on-the-job training. This position is ideal for college students or anyone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team.

As a Landscape Technician, you’ll help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through landscaping, lawn care, planting, hardscaping, and general property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Help install and maintain landscape beds, shrubs, trees, and outdoor features
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (training provided)
• Work alongside crew members on landscape improvement projects
• Assist with planting, mulching, digging, and cleanup tasks
• Learn basic tree care and landscape maintenance techniques
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a positive team attitude
• Help keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
