Looking for a responsible, fun and reliable babysitter for our sweetie 4 year-old daughter at least two mornings a week beginning week of July 6 through end of August.  Very flexible - any two (or more) days of the week would work for us, and could be 4-5 hours with start time between 8am-9am.  Definitely willing to explore additional hours (i.e evenings for a date night as needed)

Other details:
-$20/hour
-Located on near west side (Westmorland neighborhood) - super walkable neighborhood, lots of stuff to do nearby
-Needs to have own vehicle (in good working order, clean driving record) as she has nearby activities, daily swimming lessons at Shorewood Pool, ballet 1/week at Storybook Ballet at Hilldale)
-Ella loves to be outside (water table, small pool, playhouse, swing set in our backyard!), go to parks, play imaginary games, do Art, go to the library - she's very easygoing and just loves to have fun :)
-We do have a dog - he can be put upstairs in the main bedroom if that would be easier...he usually just stays in our fenced backyard most of the day
-Prefer someone with childcare experience for this age

**We will be out of town in late July for a week and will not need care this week
