Join Amisto's Opening Team

Amisto is a modern Mexican restaurant opening this October in downtown Madison. From the team behind RED, Jacknife, and Public Parking, we're building a restaurant focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and an exceptional team.

We're looking for energetic, dependable Server Assistants and Bar Backs who enjoy working behind the scenes to keep service running smoothly. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Clear, clean, and reset dining and bar tables
• Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and service items
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Refill ice, beverages, and bar supplies throughout service
• Assist with food running and guest support as needed
• Maintain clean service stations and dining areas
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Team player with great communication skills
• Willing to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• High-volume restaurant experience is a plus
