Schedule:

Work Hours:

  • Up to 10 – 25 hours per week during the school year and 25-40 hours per week for the summer.
  • Work will be completed on-site at 660 W Washington Avenue, Madison, WI, during regular business hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F.
  • Possibility of continuing over multiple years.

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Duties and Responsibilities could include:

Looking to fill multiple vacancies. Responsibilities could fall into any of the following categories:

  • Data Entry
  • Reviewing data in Workday and processing edits
  • Assisting departments with Excel spreadsheets
  • Triage and handling straightforward customer support
  • General office support
  • Handling /sorting mail (incoming and outgoing)
  • Updating process guides
  • Depending on knowledge and skill sets may assist with other activities as needed

Expectations:
Student will report for work as scheduled, be accurate in their work assignments and be a proactive member of the team.  Hourly wage $15.00

 

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required for all positions)
  • Customer Service background
  • Skilled in typing, data entry
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Ability to apply judgment and analysis to work performed
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
