DLF Complete Yard Care Services is a full service lawn care, landscape, and snow removal business based in Madison WI, incorporated in 2021.

We work M-F during the day, and sometimes on the weekends.

Join our dynamic mowing crew as an entry-level team member and dive into the exciting world of outdoor grounds maintenance! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscape upkeep, lawn care, and grounds management. You'll be part of a motivated team dedicated to creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for outdoor work!

Required:

• Valid Drivers License
• 3 references

Useful, but not required:

• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot simple equipment issues
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care practices
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and grounds keeping equipment confidently
• Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management basics
• Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence in outdoor environments
• Outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability and physical stamina
• Construction or excavation experience can be beneficial but is not required; willingness to learn is key
