We are a friendly family in Middleton with two young daughters, ages 4 and 2. We are looking for a kind, dependable sitter who enjoys spending time with young children and would be interested in occasional daytime and evening babysitting. We value creating a warm, respectful relationship with the people who help care for our children and are hoping to find someone who can become a trusted part of our family's support system.

Typical needs would include:

• Weekday daytime appointments
• A few hours so Mom can run errands, work out, or have some time to herself
• Occasional date nights
• Occasional weekend or evening babysitting

Location: Middleton, WI
Pay: $20–25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Occasional / flexible — approximately 2–4 hours at a time

We are not looking for a regular nanny or a large weekly commitment. Instead, we'd love to find one or two great sitters we can get to know and call occasionally when we need a few hours of childcare.

• Has previous experience caring for young children, especially toddlers
• Is warm, patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children
• Has reliable transportation to Middleton
• Can provide childcare references
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required

We are hoping to find someone who is comfortable with an occasional schedule and would enjoy becoming a familiar, trusted person for our family. We may sometimes have opportunities to schedule several weeks in advance, but there is no expectation of a fixed weekly schedule.
