• Summer Hours: 30 hours/week
• Spring/Fall Hours: ~ 5–20 hours/week, flexible around class schedules
• Additional hours available during the winter break (optional)
• Fall, spring, and summer availability preferred

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality
• Creativity with attention to detail, particularly in event planning and promotional design
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency with basic computer and software applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Canva

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Administrative Support
• Greet visitors and handle interactions professionally
• Answer phone calls and manage correspondence
• Prepare various documents and labels needed for office operations
• Reserve meeting rooms and provide logistical support for internal meetings
• Manage office inventory and ensure efficiency in the office logistics

Event Planning
• Help plan and coordinate business school events hosted by the Dean’s Office
• Provide on-site support for events, overseeing details to ensure a seamless experience

Communications and Marketing
• Design promotional materials, flyers, and graphics using Canva and other tools
• Help develop and execute promotional strategies for key events and campaigns
• Assist with creating presentations that support the Dean’s Office activities

Special Projects
• Support the Partners in Giving Campaign, which benefits over 500 charities, including sourcing donations and fostering relationships with donors
• Participate in additional special projects that align with the priorities of the Dean’s Office
