Qualifications:
Current UW Madison Student
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Required: - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Knowledge of students with disabilities or multilingual learners. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to manage workload and work independently to meet deadlines and expectations. - Experience with data entry or completing transcription for research studies. Preferred: - Spring full time availability
Position Summary/Job Duties:
- Create and format documents for internal and external uses - Transcribe data for analysis - Assist with developing materials for meetings, including contributing to the development of accessible materials and conducting accessibility reviews - Photocopy and scan documents - Compile and organize feedback and data for review - Assist with recruiting efforts for meetings and research projects - Take notes for meetings Create and format documents for internal and external uses
