About Us: Tilde Bean is a woman owned startup designing content and products with a focus on the education and empowerment of women in STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art Mathematics). We are a social-entrepreneurship entity with objective to build a belonging presence for underrepresented communities in the arts and sciences realms. We use storytelling, research, humor, and joy with an intention of opening doors to educational and economic development.

TildeBean is opening an opportunity for a Content Writer, Copywriter, and Social Media Content Creator to support the development of the online presence for Tilde Bean: https://tildebean.com
The student is encouraged to apply even if they do not feel they are experts in all areas as this is an excellent first position to help build confidence and a portfolio. The student is to share a written paragraph of "Reasons you are interested in working on projects about women empowerment in STEAM" The required paragraph is to be original without the use of AI.

Timeline for opportunity:
The weekly hours can be adjusted to keep student’s education a priority. Pay range is based on student’s qualifications as this opportunity allows a student to learn and grow in the role and to use this opportunity as a portfolio builder. Pay will start at $15/hr with the intent of raises based on increased quality or if student increases responsibilities on projects.

Writing content for articles, learning, researching, and creative thinking. Work ethic with honesty and transparency, communication skills especially if needing help with tasks; curious and knowledge seeking. Interested in building a brand based on women empowerment and education in the areas of STEAM Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics). Social Media and community engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Writing without the use of AI, research, storytelling, content creation, social media posting, and building a brand through community engagement. Please note that mentoring and collaboration will be ongoing as you develop the skills listed, as it is a goal for the applicant to build a portfolio if they are seeking to showcase work in this area. The applicant should apply even if they do not have all listed abilities at the time of hiring, as long as you are willing to learn as these skills can be developed during the work study.

Content Writer including writing articles, infographics based on research to be placed on website and social media platforms.
Social Media and Video Content Creation, development of social media across platforms
Collaborate with founder to create a cohesive integrated approach to social, digital media, and email communications, ensuring consistency of company’s messaging
Digital media, short-story video creation
Build up and engage community on social media channels based on the Women Empowerment brand.
