Department Overview:
CCWT conducts and supports research and program development to generate evidence, educational programs, tools, and resources that promote the career development and wellness of students as they transition to the workforce. In this work we center and amplify the voices and interests of all students, including those historically marginalized in higher education and the labor market, with the aim of activating institutional and societal change.

Qualifications:
o Current undergraduate student at UW-Madison o Availability for fall 2025 and spring 2026 semesters o Access to and proficiency using common social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) o Access to and proficiency using personal computer/device with necessary specifications to accomplish job duties
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
o Social media and Google analytics o Experience or willingness to learn WordPress website maintenance o Self-starter who can work alone but also works well when collaborating with others o Ability to use creative problem-solving skills o Access to and skills in graphic design (Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.)
Position Summary/Job Duties:
o Create, explore, and implement engaging content, (such as images, blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases) for CCWT social media accounts and other communication channels. o Develop weekly and monthly editorial calendars to enhance CCWT’s visibility across various communication channels and social media platforms. o Propose responses to messages, comments, and direct messages on social media platforms. o Promote CCWT programs, research recruitment, and events through various communication channels and social media platforms. o Investigate new methods to boost engagement.

Requires extended periods of time at a computer/device.
