Department Overview:

This position is in the Division of Business Services at the Wisconsin Historical Society located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.

Anticipated Start Date:

Mid-May into June 2025, after required background check is complete.

Anticipated End Date (If Applicable):

Late August 2025 with a possibility of renewal in fall 2025.

Schedule:

Upon student's availability during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

Work-study funding for summer 2025 is required. If you are enrolling for summer 2025, indicate the dollar amount of your accepted summer 2025 work-study award.
If you are not enrolling for summer 2025, indicate whether you were eligible for work-study funding in the 2024-2025 academic year.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

*Payment processing
*P-Card statement tracking and auditing
*Filing and boxing up records
*Organizing the supply cabinet
*Other projects as needed

Physical Demands:

*Ability to reach up to upper shelves and bend/crouch down to shelves near the floor
*Many tasks require regular use of computers and therefore screen time
