Schedule:

Flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We work around your class schedule! Hours can change every semester.

We're ideally looking to hire somebody to work this Summer into Fall 2025 & Spring 2026. There will be an opportunity to work up to 29 hours/week during the summer.

Qualifications:

You are:
A current student enrolled in the Fall 2025 semester. All majors and fields of study are encouraged to apply; additional consideration given to individuals pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, or related field
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable following established processes
• A strong proofreader
• Reliable and deadline-driven
• Professional in both communication and demeanor
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The following experience is preferred, but not required:
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Oktopost)
• Email or print production (Eloqua, Canva, or Mailchimp)
• Adobe Acrobat or Creative Suite (for basic editing)
• Project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Cloud-based document management tools (i.e., Box, Google Drive, Sharepoint)
• Internal messaging apps and web conferencing tools (i.e., Teams, Zoom)

Position Summary/Job Duties:

• Proofread, fact-check, and format copy for email and social media
• Help maintain editorial calendars and campaign timelines
• Organize and manage marketing assets (photos, templates, logos)
• Assist with preparing and reviewing email marketing sends
• Support the creation and distribution of print collateral
• Coordinate content updates or requests with internal team members
• Help collect and log information from internal customers
• Pitch in on marketing projects and administrative support as needed
