Department Overview:

BMOC is a multi-family and student housing management firm that was started in 1985 by
President/CEO Bill Levy in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin. BMOC has grown and evolved over the years and now manages properties for firms across the region.

Basic knowledge in home repair, painting, cleaning, etc. would be useful.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Prepare apartments and common areas for a new school year. Get to learn a little about a vast array of topics that can help a future career in real estate, logistics, engineering, or the trades. If you plan on becoming a future home owner or plan to invest in real estate, this type of hands-on experience and knowledge can save you tens of thousands of dollars in the future.

Physical Demands:

Able to stand for long periods of time, able to maneuver to repair items. Able to work with hands. Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
