Basic lab skills and ability to follow instructions Able to measure sugar and acid levels accurately Can prepare media and work cleanly in the lab Works well independently and as part of a team
Position Summary/Job Duties:
This position primarily involves cranberry juicing, including the extraction and processing of cranberry samples. Responsibilities also include measurement and analysis of sugar and acid content to assess juice quality. Additionally, the role supports the preparation of media for tissue culture, ensuring sterile technique and accurate formulation. Other general laboratory duties may as needed.

Must be capable of performing repetitive and monotonous tasks with accuracy
