Department Overview:
- Revamp (design) HR Leadership Resource page; review documents and links on the page to ensure they are functional, up to date and relevant. - Propose new ideas and/or functionality for the HR Leadership Resource page. - Work closely with the Employee Relations Partner (ERP) team to clean up the shared drive; archive outdated folders and materials, organize the shared drive into a more concise manner. -Work to transition shared drive documents/materials into team folders/files. -Archive old paper union contract materials. - HR Ops -Alignment a few HUB page/libraries. - HR Ops opportunity to migrate network files to Teams/channels/files. - Additional HR Projects as assigned
