Schedule:
We will meet once a weekly virtually for an hour to discuss how progress is going and to come up with a game plan for each week. For your remaining hours, you have flexibility to complete your tasks around your schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Clear communicators who can rally others to a cause Comfortable leading meetings and keeping others on track Able to commit 5–8 hours per week during the semester Experience with tutoring or mentoring is a plus, but not required
Position Summary/Job Duties:
As an UPchieve College Fellow, you will: -Start and run an official UPchieve chapter on your campus -Recruit and onboard peers as UPchieve tutors -Monitor volunteer engagement (track tutor sessions, follow up with inactive members) -Foster community through recurring club meetings and group chats -Manage chapter communication, including sending reminders, check-ins, and motivational emails -Collaborate with UPchieve staff in weekly/bi-weekly 1:1 meetings to review progress and plan next steps -Promote UPchieve locally, including to nearby Title 1 middle and high schools (if applicable)
Physical Demands:
Typing, ability to flyer or table, standing for hosting meetings
