Department Overview:
The Professional Master's and Certificate Programs Team in the School of Pharmacy offers two applied Master's degrees and two Capstone Certificates in Pharmaceutical Sciences: Applied Drug Development and Psychoactive Pharmaceutical Investigation.

Qualifications:
The duties require strong communication skills, attention to detail, a desire to support students, and a positive attitude. This position is ideal for students interested in marketing and communications and/or interested in student affairs, but no prior experience is necessary. The work for this position can be conducted remotely and/or on campus. Meeting synchronously (virtually or in person) with program staff weekly is required.

Ability to work independently and attend weekly meetings
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Support student services team through: Set up Canvas calendar events and flyers for event promotion Co-draft and edit a weekly newsletter to students Serve as tech support for virtual events Help with set-up and clean-up for in-person events Assist in the coordination of graduation activities Review and editing of student online resource hubs Assist with various recruitment projects such as: Maintaining Wordpress site Gathering data and resources Content calendar Social media creation and maintenance Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
Ability to assist with event set-up and clean-up periodically which may include putting together materials, lifting boxes and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
