Department Overview:
The Department of Urology at the University of Wisconsin is a leading academic program offering comprehensive multidisciplinary urologic care in conjunction with innovative research, teaching, and learning opportunities. The University of Wisconsin Department of Urology is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, comprehensive, patient-centered care for adult and pediatric patients in Wisconsin and the region. We conduct innovative research while building knowledge and improving care through extramurally funded research programs in basic, translational and clinical science.

Qualifications:
UW-Madison undergraduate student. Coursework emphasis in biology, biochemistry, and/or chemistry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Attention to detail is required. Previous wet lab experience is preferred.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The successful applicant will contribute to the urologic research in Dr. William Ricke’s laboratory by assisting with media preparation, autoclaving, washing dishes, restocking shelves and general lab maintenance/support.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
