Schedule:
Weekly schedule can be set at the start of each semester based on class schedule. The work will be done in the MLI Suite which is typically open from 8:30 am -5:00 pm Mon-Fri. This position will also be helping with events

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating WordPress, familiar with Eloqua for email campaigns, and have a solid understanding of social media management. Experience with Sprout Social or similar platforms is a plus. Must have great attention to detail including in proof reading and task management.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
● Update and maintain our website on WordPress. ● Coordinate and prepare content for blog posts, working closely with the team and potentially contributing some writing. ● Assist in managing social media accounts, ideally with experience in Sprout Social. ● Support the creation and scheduling of newsletters through Eloqua ● Coordinate scheduling for photoshoots and interviews ● Proof read articles ● Monitor Website Intake Forms ● Generating monthly reports on digital performance metrics such as website traffic, newsletter performance, and social media engagement ● Provide event support, including logistics, day-of assistance, and post-event communications and social media posting (ad hoc as needed).
Physical Demands:
Help lift small boxes and walk supplies when setting up for events. Able to sit in one place for long periods at a time working from a laptop screen.
