Department Overview:
The Design Studies department focuses on the production, process, and impact of design. Through scholarship, analysis, curriculum, and outreach, we advocate design as an encompassing discipline central to every aspect of life. We emphasize and promote a multi-disciplinary, global approach to design, and we value connections, nationally and internationally, with other campus, community, and professional programs.

TA's must attend lecture and 2-3 discussion sections.

Qualifications:
Graduate student in good academic standing. Experience and familiarity within the design field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with design production and studio critique and/or relevant software.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Attend lectures. Independently run lab sections according to the instructor’s plan. Grade homework and exams. Hold office hours. Assist students. Provide support to the faculty instructor who will deliver content each week. Additional requirements will be discussed with the faculty instructor.
