Schedule:

Hours worked will fall between Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm with flexibility to accommodate the student's curricular schedule.

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled in an education institution.

Well-qualified candidates will have:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
-Ability to be self-directed and manage time effectively to meet key deadlines.
- Ability to work with confidential data and sensitive information.
- Experience using MS Office Suite and Google suite.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Candidates should be detailed orientated and prosses strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced setting with diverse team members or on their own, depending on the project.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

The Academic affairs group is a small group of administrators and faculty leaders who support these physician-faculty with development and academic promotion.

Primary roles include drafting meeting agendas and presentation slides, updating planning and tracking documents, editing existing materials and other general office duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged amount of time. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
