Schedule:

Flexible and student-friendly. Work hours will be coordinated around the student’s academic schedule. Opportunities for increased hours may be available during semester breaks, based on mutual availability and operational needs.

Qualifications:

Preferred:
• Successful completion of Bio 152 (for UW-Madison students) or other human biology-based class

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Interest in human subjects research, public health, medicine and research advancements.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Function as a student study coordinator / study coordinator in training role, which may include but are not limited to:
• Maintenance of essential team or operational documents
• Quality assurance of study operations
• Inventory
• Day-to-day study operations, including screening and creation/distribution of research documents
• First-hand experience with research subjects, including shadowing day-to-day operations of study coordination
• Data entry
Skills you may use or obtain in this role:
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Adobe PDF, Advarra OnCore, RedCap, Florence e-Binders
• Ensuring confidentiality of information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Understanding of Radiology terms and procedures
