Department Overview:
The Division of Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) is a full-spectrum service organization that builds, maintains, and operates the physical environment of the UW-Madison campus in support of the university's education, research, and outreach activities. FP&M works behind the scenes to coordinate campus planning, manage design and construction, maintain, and operate buildings and grounds, supply utility services, ensure health and safety, and provide parking and transportation services.

Qualifications:
- Comfortable using computers, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Prior data entry experience is preferred

Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Student Business Office Assistant position will help with the auditing and data entry of accounts payable invoices for UW-Madison's Division of Facilities Planning and Management's Business Operations unit. In this role you would work with independence remotely, while being connected to a collaborative Business Operations team. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to accounts payable for a complex division comprised of over 1,300 employees completing full-spectrum service work to support the physical environment of campus.
Physical Demands:
The incumbent in this role will be performing work at a desk, which will involve sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time and repetitive keyboarding.
